So I’m new to koodo and I just got an eSIM activated on my old XR phone. While I was paying for it it said my “temporary” number and when I now go onto my contacts no number is there and when I go onto the cellular data setting it shows the temporary number and when I click on it it disappears. Is that my phone number or can I change it?

so the term “temporary number” is called that if you intend to bring a different number over to Koodo. The number in actuality is fully usable if you want to use it permanently.
It’s only called that if you intend to switch the number to another one as you need a number to have a Koodo account (hence why it is called temporary). The number you have assigned to the eSIM is actually your phone number.
