My Koodo home phone has not been working for weeks.

I have tried all the suggestions on this website and my phone is still not working.

It does not ring all the time. If it does ring the calls are droppped about every 3 minutes.

I scheduled a call back online and the bot tells me it does not detect a response. Customer service is very lacking. 

I am currently paying for a service that is not working and has not worked for 3 weeks.

Are you saying it worked better in the past? How is the reception where you are? When you said you have tried all the suggestions, what did you try so far… for example did you try move the unit to another location (such as closer to a window)?
