Hi everyone, 

 

This afternoon I tried calling my voicemail and it says that it got disconnected when I made a payment on my bill Friday and it shows on my account that they received the payment,

Just to double check, do you see any outstanding balance after the payment received?

If so, have you tried to check in self serve if there is the option to set up a payment arrangement?


Yes, but I had this issue before and my phone was never disconnected after the payment was received

Unfortunately, we have limited access here on the community when it comes to payment related inquiries, however, we recommend checking in self serve if there is the option for a payment arrangement.

If you do not see the option, we recommend dialing #227 from your Koodo phone.
