Koodo don't provide a date for restock as it depends on the manufacturer for when they get more. Besides checking the website regularly, you can also send an email to the Koodo webstore to see if they can give you a tentative restock date. Here is their email address:

Besides that, the device is currently not discontinued, so it is only a matter of time before more are available. Feel free to send them an email and see what they say. 🙂
