order email recieved but no confirmation

I activated a BYOD new line postpaid. Recieved an order email but no follow up or activation since that email over 24 hours ago.

 

“We've recieved your order. We're working on your order right now. After it's confirmed, we'll email you your Customer Service Agreement.”

Hi there,

To confirm, have you checked your junk/spam folder for the email? As sometimes it will be auto filtered there.

If it isn’t there either, it can take up to 2 business days for an order to be reviewed and for you to receive the confirmation email. Once you put in an order, someone at Koodo reviews the information you provided such as the credit check, personal info etc. Once they complete the review and go ahead and activate the account, you receive the confirmation email.

If you don’t see the confirmation by tomorrow, I suggest you send an email to the Koodo webstore to inquire about the order. They will be able to update you on its status or if a follow up is required. Their email is: koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com.
