I have been a Kudo customer for at least 6 years I'm upgrading my phone and it says order being reviewed what does this mean and why

+4When did you order your phone?
They need to check your account and also inventory too. If it's all good, then they will send you a shipping email once they are ready to ship.
If they found any issues - address matching or inventory..., then they also contact you for that too.
