Port two cellular numbers from Telus to koodo yesterday, after replying Yes to Telus transfer message, one is working, the other still no Koodo service this morning.

Does the port show as being successful in self serve?
If so have you tried removing and reinserting the sim, restarting the phone, and/or resetting your network settings?
