No network service in Mexico

Hello community,

I’ll create a fresh post for this as well.  My Pixel 3 is not connecting to any network in Mexico and I need some help!  I can confirm the following:

  1. Airplane Mode is off
  2. Data roaming is on
  3. EasyRoam is enabled
  4. I cannot manually connect to any local networks.  TelCel and Movistar are listed as “forbidden” and the only remaining networks are AT&T which will also not connect.

All I need to do is be able to receive an SMS for an MFA login for my work VPN.  Any help appreciated!

Double check your self serve and make sure the international voice roaming and international data roaming add ons are present. They should be added automatically when you activate easy roam, but occasionally they don't get provisioned.

Thanks Timo this was totally the problem. Added both international voice and data add ons in addition to easy roam that was already present and after about 30 minutes service came on.
