never received activation email or esim Im trying to set my phone up with Koodo , I did everything online paid 15.75 for the eSIM it said my credit check was approved I got a email with a order number and that’s it , I need my phone for work tomorrow and I don’t have a different provider right now

+4Did you check the junk or spam folder? The service agreement and eSIM setup email come separately from the order confirmation and they get filtered fairly often. Which phone are you using, iPhone or Android?
The eSIM is supposed to be pushed straight to your phone at activation, so make sure it's on wifi and try restarting it a few times. sometimes the eSIM notification only shows up after that.
Yes I’ve checked my spam multiple times, I’m using iPhone 15, I entered my Eid number when I applied online and it said my phone was compatible with the eSIM but I never got any notifications
