hi .I have a second hand Samsung Galaxy Ace .. I spoke with a rep today to receive an unlock code .. everything was great , until the phone died ... now that is powered back om, its asking me.for a network unlock code again... can someone possibly flag a rep ?

That’s odd, once unlocked, it should not lock itself again. Before we flag a rep, could you please provide a picture (or description) what exactly it’s asking for?
