I don't know about my plan was included international or long distance calling is possible. Because one time I call directly to India and I paid money in my bill. While I purchased plan then representative informed me it's free call long distance. So please let me know

Long distance costs money unless you get the Long distance Pack Perk.  This includes free long distance to 27 countries (including india)

What’s App uses WiFi/Data to make calls. The call quality will depend on the strength of either your WiFi or data signal (depending on which you’re using) and the same goes for the person calling you. Are both of your connections strong when making the call?

As Dennis mentions, India is an included country in the unlimited long distance perk pack. This is only free while you’re within Canada. If you do not have this perk, then you would be charged additionally for pay per use minutes. When you check self serve, do you have this perk?
