Hello my internet is not working for 2 days
there is a city construction outside and the fangs the cable
my modem light are all normal sg, ds is sg , us is sg and online is sg
but no internet. I tried to press the reset pinhole at the back , still no internet.
please help
+4If ds, us and online are all solid green, the modem is seeing the line fine, so the problem may be past the modem and not the construction outside. Are you connecting through the Koodo router over wifi, or wired? I would try plugging a computer straight into the modem with an ethernet cable to see if you get internet that way. Worth checking the coax is screwed in tight at the wall and at the back of the modem as well.
