I expect something cause I’m considerably thinking changing company.
I have been a loyal customer since 12 years always paying in time yet no agent can find me a deal for a phone. The price to change a phone is exorbitant. Why ?
Whe clearly do not feel loyal or cared for in those type of situation

right now i have a google pixel 3 because i couldnt afford a change even with the warranty of my phone. I am looking for a phone with a good camera with the same mensual payment i pay and would like something that i can work as I use pictures for work. I like google phone so for sure i would go with higher quality. Thank you for understanding and i look foward for a agreement that serves us both

i would also think a discount or something would be reasonnable to ask as i think that 12 years of paying should not make me wait. I know it doesnt reflect as a google 3 on what i pay but i had to be creative and find a way to change a phone as i have regular important call so i went on my way to do that without having to pay more for a monthly bill. I would want something good and that has a price thats reasonable.
