I have lost my phone in Europe and am currently waiting and hoping it will be returned!
In the meantime, I have an iPhone 8 I would like to use instead. I don’t believe it is eSIM-compatible, though, and I need a physical SIM.
Will Koodo provide me a new physical SIM?
Any other recommendations?

Just to double check, are you currently in Europe or in Canada?
If you are in Canada, you should be able to get a physical sim replacement in a store and perform a sim swap in self serve using the steps here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support
Hi Flo! I am back in Canada. Once I (hopefully) get my old phone back, I can then convert the physical SIM back to an e-SIM?
