essentially bought an unlocked iphone 15, when i went to transfer my phone number to the new device it somehow “completed” on my old iphone 11 but didnt fully transfer to my new phone. do i need to just make a new number and create an esim? and wouldnt that make me lose all my contacts? pls help:)

+4How did you do the transfer? Was it through Apple process or Koodo SIM switch. As of now is the current SIM in your iPhone 11 working? Did you reset the phone?
As well, what was the status of the network on the top right of your iPhone screen?
Have you tried the following steps to set up the eSIM and transferring it to your iPhone 15? What about restarting your phone after the eSIM transfer? If it is not there, did you try to reactivate the deleted eSIM through your Self-Serve portal? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/esim-on-apple
