The preauthorized payment removal issue should have already been fixed. Please re add your preauthorized payment and I will flag a rep to double check.

Regarding your wifi calling, I notice personally that wifi calling gets stopped after a month or so. I have also had this error pop up as well. Isuggest restating your phone and try reactiving wifi calling again. If that doesn't work it typically works again after a few days

This issue (Kodoo wifi calling, which I need since the crappy cell service has my apartment in a dead zone even though I live in an urban area,) is also happening with me today.  This suggestion to restart the phone and that it will right itself in a few days is ridiculous and unhelpful.  People use wifi calling because they can’t use their phones otherwise.  Imagine living in an urban area and having NO CELL SERVICE.  And being told to just ‘wait it out’ by your service provider. I missed a call from a medical specialist I’ve been waiting for for 6 months because of this.

I’ve been with Koodo for MANY, MANY years. I used to be able to call and get a rep in minutes.  Now, they force you to go through a series of bots and tell you they will get back to you in 72 hours.
They also keep adding more and more charges on to my bill.  I just called and got my bill back down to the original deal and then, literally, the next bill was back up. And then again, this month, up again.  So, they’ve increased my bill twice in two months after offering me my original deal.

This is unacceptable.  This is fraud.  This is the worst service. CANCEL MY SERVICE NOW!

Yes unfortunately it's a long term trend in customer support shifting away from call centres as much as possible economy wide.

Are there specific charges you're seeing come up a lot or something?  If it's a rate plan increase, that has always been a thing that 30 days notice is all tha tis needed by ant carrier to provide . You have the right to refuse and leave with no penalty if this is the sort of bill increase you're speaking of. Being on a tab contract locks in your price.

If you are 100% on leaving Koodo no matter what, you'll need to schedule a callback to cancel your line. Alternatively if you wish to keep your number, you would be best off porting your number over to your carrier of choice.

I have literally been trying to schedule a call back all  morning - but SINCE I DON’T HAVE CELL SERVICE  and I’m talking to bots and the real agents aren’t listening, they are trying to schedule the call back to the phone that doesn’t work.

Also, “we reserve the right to increase your bill whenever we want” is the kind of service I’m coming to expect from Koodo.  Well played.
I started with Koodo many years ago. The service used to be amazing. Now, I’ve spent all morning talking to bots who redirect me to nobody and don’t understand the basic idea of a call back not being possible on a phone that has no cell service.
Worst. Service. Ever.  And I used to recommend you guys to everyone and rave about Koodo.  Now, I wouldn’t wish you on my worst enemy.

I have reset up my pre-authorized payment (I did that immediately when I received the msg that it had been cancelled. With regards to the ‘unable to connect at this time’ msg, after two restarts on my phone including resetting my wifi calling, I was able to re-establish wifi calling. However, I read the above customers message regarding their situation and I am in sympathy because nothing is more frustrating in fact ‘pull your hair out’ maddening then not being able to communicate with a real person no matter what media is used, and most frustrating in this individuals situation is not being able to make a call due to the sudden ‘unable to connect’ please try again later, or worse give it 72 hrs.  It would help if Koodo could let their customers know when they are having some sort of tech problem.
