I called tech support and didn’t get anywhere. Who can put me in touch with the Spam Filter gods at Telus/Koodo? Any help appreciated.

just checking, but do you have data on when trying to receive this text from an email?


You probably needs to contact tech support again and ask them. Email-to-texr has been abused spammer lately. I personally hate it and many customers actually asked Koodo to block all email text.


The text from email system is on by default. You have to ask to disable it to not get any messages. Do you get other text emails, but just not from a particular source?
