Koodo said they would text me back. My phone is broken. How can i contact koodo or koodo contact me if my phone is broken??

I ordered a new phone online from Koodo. To confirm they said they would text me at my number. The problem is, my phone does not work! I cannot receive texts or phone calls! How can I confirm anything if I cannot get in touch with them?? So frustrating! This is the last straw! I am seriously considering changing my family to another company!

You can take your sim and place it in a working phone (ex. a family member also on the account) to receive the text.  This would be the simplest and fastest way.
