My Koodo internet doesn’t work for more than 8 hours, when will it be up?

Have you tried resetting the modem?

It’s a  general outage, I’ve received this and wonder if you have an ETA

@Goran yes, tried it all before I received finally that text message :)

 

 


I would still reset your modem/router in case it was fixed and a reset is needed to kick start things again

@GenTb Cogeco had an issue, however we were told that was resolved.
