Why would Koodo care what sites you visit? As long as you pay your bill each month you can do whatever you want to - well within the scope of the law itself that is.

Koodo won't tell your parents if that's what you are afraid of.
Only if you searched something super illegal you risk getting in trouble. Not with Koodo, but with the law. In that case Koodo will comply with the legal authorities and help them with their investigations.
You might not want to draw attention to yourself either way really.

I didn’t say you should not worry. If you feel it’s wrong what you did, it probably is. There are also different criteria whether you are a minor or an adult, though I don’t believe there is a law against watching porn between two consenting adults.

If it's legal porn, no one will care. Porn sites are one of the the most visited sites in the world. 2 porn sites are in the top 10 most visited sites. By category, adult websites are the 5th most visited world wide.

That being said, with respect to your question, it is possible and relatively easy for Koodo to track you down for accessing these websites, but whether you are in trouble depends on what kind of content you are watching.
To add to what everyone else said, you can use private browsing so that it doesn't appear in your history when someone's using your phone.
That and a VPN if you really want private browsing without tracks 😅
