My phone is being delivered by FedEx. I’m unable to find where my phone went. Should have been here July 15th.

Do you have the fedex tracking number?  What does it say on the Fed Ex website?

You can also pull up the status from the Order Status tracker  https://shop.koodomobile.com/checkout/order/orderSearch.jsp  just enter your order number and the email on the order.

If the tracking has stalled or it looks like it went to the wrong place, the Webstore team is the one that can open a trace with the courier. You can reach them at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com
