I paid for Koodo internet over a month ago and recieved my equipment promptly in the mail. I just moved into my new place yesterday. I was supposed to have a technician visit my apartment between 8am-12pm today, Saturday, April 25, but no one called or texted. I have a coaxial connection. How do I get another technician, do I need another technician? I can't find a phone number to call directly and inquire. Can someone from Koodo contact me?
