internet technician didn't come for appointment time

Hi!

I paid for Koodo internet over a month ago and recieved my equipment promptly in the mail. I just moved into my new place yesterday. I was supposed to have a technician visit my apartment between 8am-12pm today, Saturday, April 25, but no one called or texted. I have a coaxial connection. How do I get another technician, do I need another technician? I can't find a phone number to call directly and inquire. Can someone from Koodo contact me?

Have you tried plugging every in to see if the coaxial is working for internet?

I've plugged in the modem to the coaxial and power. Power is green, DS and US are flashing green. No lights on LAN or Offline

If it is flashing green, the modem is trying to update their firmware https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-your-modem-and-router?

I recommend you leave the modem alone and let it finish the update

How long do I leave it alone? It's been over 30 minutes now
