Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing an internet outage in the area of St. Clements Ontario. My internet has been down since 1:27 a.m. on August 29th. I've tried restarting the modem, but it doesn't do anything. I have a red light on the router, and the modem has no flashing lights on the online and DS indicators. I'm wondering if this is a problem on my end or something on Koodos end. Anyone else experiencing issues?

Thanks for the reply sounds like a issue on Koodo’s end. I’ll give it a few hours see if it comes back online
+4No DS light and a red light on the router usually means the modem isn't picking up a signal from the line at all, which points to the line rather than anything in your setup. Is the coax cable screwed in tight at both the wall outlet and the back of the modem? If you have a second coax outlet, worth trying that one.
