I'm not able to cancel my account. All callbacks were dropped

I’m having an issue canceling my account. All scheduled callbacks were dropped when I just said hello or when I described my request. Is it possible to escalate this, or should I just remove my payment information from the account?

I need a bit more info to help you out. Are you unable to reach them to cancel, or have you already tried to cancel and keep having your callbacks dropped?

Are all calls your make or take from other numbers dropped too?
