I'm using a postpaid system and I want to cancel my number, but it's too hard to contact me in Korea
I would like to cancel it through email, so please contact me after checking.

For the refund of your credit, refunds for any amount above $5 will be automatically processed within seven days from the first bill after cancellation. The refund will be issued to the payment method on file if you have pre-authorized payments set up. For any other payment method, including Visa Debit, a cheque will be mailed to you to the address on file.

It is important to note that the auto-pay discount will be removed when you cancel your plan before the last day of the billing cycle, since partial credits are no longer issued. If this is the case, you will be owing Koodo a certain amount instead.

I would suggest you to check your Self-Serve account and send a message to a rep on Koodo Expert Messaging to see if there is an outstanding balance on your final bill. https://Koo.do/Chat
