I can't reach anyone to cancel internet

Hello,

I have been on hold with the Koodo line to cancel Internet 1-855-350-1170 for 25 mins now, and I tried again yesterday for another ~20 mins. No one seems to answer. Why can’t I schedule a callback? Why is there no update on where I am in line? 

 

Could someone please assist me in having someone call me back. Thanks.
