How to edit personal details or mire previsely change last names?

Just signed up with  Koodo.  I am the primary subscriber and I have 2 other lines of my children. The customer relationship manager accidentally recorded incorrect last names for my children. How can I edit those details? I was told I am able to edit it through Koodo app. Where can I do so?

Hi there,

This cannot be done through self serve. You can either request a rep through a callback to change the other subscriber names for you or you can also make the request at a Koodo or Telus corporate store.

You’ll need to handle this through Self Serve (Koodo’s online portal), not the app; there isn’t a Koodo mobile app. Self Serve is mainly for managing your own profile, and changing names on dependent lines usually needs a rep since it involves account records for other people.
