How to connect with a representative to ask for cancelling the line

Hi! I’m currently outside Canada and wants to cancel my line since I’ll be away for a long time. Can anyone tell me how can I reach the representative? There is no self service to do so. I reached out their FB account but no one is responding. Thank you!

Since you are currently out of Canada, I would suggest sending a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. They do not get back to you right away, but you will eventually get a response from a rep. https://m.me/Koodo

To confirm, do you still have access to your koodo phone number? If so you can actually just schedule a callback through koodo assist by prompting it with "cancel" if it is a postpaid account. A rep will then call your koodo number and you can cancel.

You're not charged for calls with a rep as long as you only use the service to receive the call and nothing else. However, it is preferred to contact them through social media when out of country. The FB rep should respond after a while.

If you have a prepaid account, just make sure automatic payment is disabled and the service will suspend after 30 days and then cancel after another 90 days.
