That depends. Do you have a postpaid or prepaid account?
If postpaid, you can schedule a callback with a rep using koodo assist to cancel the service. When prompted by the chat bot, just type in cancellation and then follow the prompts to schedule the call. You can use the link here to use koodo assist:

If prepaid, if you turn off automatic top up, the service will be suspended once your 30 days of usage is up. After another 90 days if the account is not topped up, the account will close.
