I need to cancel my stream plus it is due for a payment and i am not continuing the subscription. i was only able to get the manage subscription option on the cbc add on and was able to cancel that but i want to cancel it all. the chat bot is very unhelpful. anyone know how i can cancel this?

Hi there,
Sometimes an issue with self-serve can cause the Cancellation option to be not available under the Manage Subscription section for Stream+. Alternatively, you can submit this form made by Telus and their dedicated Stream+ team can cancel the subscription for you.
Though it was made by Telus, it is available for both Koodo and Telus customers. The form can be found here: Customer Support Ticket Form | TELUS
