How do I get real live tech support? Need help in setting up router in a different room that is not connecting.

We have just connected the modem in our home but the modem is in my son’s room, which is not ideal. There is another port in the family room but when connecting it there, it shows that it is connected on the modem but there is no wifi available on any of our devices. How can we trouble shoot this? Are there any live tech support agents?

You can do some basic troubleshooting by seeing which LED’s are being indicated on the equipment by following the guide here: Understanding your modem & router (ports & LEDs) | Koodo Mobile This will help identify the issue.

When you check the LED’s and the app, what does it indicate the issue is?

It sounds like the coaxial outlet may not be connected to the main line for internet.  When was this coaxial outlet last used?

Can you try another coaxial outlet in the house to test if it can work else where in the house?
