How can I check when my phone contract ends?

On Koodo there isn't a fixed contract term the way the old carriers used to do it — the plan itself is month-to-month. What you may still have is a Tab balance (if you got a phone on the Tab) and your Customer Service Agreement (CSA), which lays out your terms.
You can check both in Self Serve:

The Tab Bonus Balance shows a negative amount. What does that negative balance represent?
Does it need to reach $0 before I can switch to another carrier?

The "negative" Tab Bonus balance means it is a credit. You don’t have to pay it if you stay with Koodo. You would only have to pay that amount if you cancel or move your phone line to another carrier. Each month, that amount will be reduced by $43.25. So, 3 months from now, the balance will become $0.
Just a note, you can switch carrier at any time, all you have to do is to pay the remaining Tab balance (if you have) and Tab bonus.
