home internet not working

Internet went down about 30 mins ago is there an outage in the Kitchener/Cambridge area?

Hi there ​@Yidoarmy as we have limited access to Koodo Internet here, over the community, we reached out to the Koodo Internet team and we received feedback that they are looking into it.

It appears that there is a network issue. They created a ticket in regards to the situation.

Have you had the chance to follow the troubleshooting steps here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/article-categories/troubleshooting-internet?

Does the issue persist after rebooting/ resetting the equipment?

Yep I've tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing seems to work...my LAN is a solid orange but occasionally flickers

Koodo is only a 3rd party reseller of internet.  Likely Star.ca and Altima.  They have their own infrastructure and also use Rogers and Bell in your stated area.

If you know who’s infrastructure it is, I would suggest seeing if they have an outage notification

We have just got an update that the issue has been fixed and everyhting should be working properly.

In case you still experience issues, please reboot the equipment and test again.
