Just to double check, are your Public Mobile sim card and account still active?

When you check Koodo-self serve, what does it say the port status is? This can be found under mobile services and then selecting the manage phone number option.

If it reads cancelled, if you’re in an area now with a good signal you should be able to just re-attempt the port process in Koodo self-serve by following the steps here.

If it says in progress and is awaiting for you to confirm the message, then you can respond to the port authorization SMS and the port should go through, though it will probably say cancelled as it has been longer than 90 mins from the initial request.

To add on to @Flo Koodo, did you restart your phone after the port transfer?
