Once again, koodo has provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. On the evening on June 9 2026, I tried logging in to my koodo self serve to check that my payment had been registered. I got a message that my password and email did ont match. This concerned me, so I tried forgot password, to just see if anything worked. Nope, I got a message saying that service was unavailable. I thought a temporary technical glitch. I tried again this morning.. still had thr same issue. So I got a call back from koodo. Forgive me I did not catch the persons name , but he told me that they were doing some updates to the system and that is likely why I had issues. He checked my account to make sure nothing was amiss. All was good . 15 years and counting with koodo. Ive been told I could get a cheaper plan with other providers, but no thanks, I prefer the excellent customer service of koodo. I was concerned because , as i told the man I spoke to, it's a dangerous cyber world out there and I just wanted to double-check all was well
