excellent customer service

Once again,  koodo has provided me with EXCELLENT  customer service.  On the evening on June 9 2026, I tried logging in to my koodo self serve to check that my payment had been registered.  I got a message that my password and email did ont match. This concerned me, so I tried forgot password,  to just see if anything worked. Nope, I got a message saying that service was unavailable.  I thought a temporary technical glitch.  I tried again this morning.. still had thr same issue.  So I got a call back from koodo. Forgive me I did not catch  the persons name , but he told me that they were doing some updates to the system and that is likely why I had issues.  He checked my account to make sure nothing was amiss.  All was good . 15 years and counting with koodo.  Ive been told I could get a cheaper plan with other providers,  but no thanks,  I prefer the excellent customer service of koodo.  I was concerned because , as i told the man I spoke to, it's  a dangerous cyber world out there and I just wanted to double-check all was well

That’s awesome to hear 🙂 I will flag a rep on this platform so that they can relay your feedback to the team and rep you had dealt with. They should be able to see who from the account notes from the call.

Hello Purple J, I’m happy that you’re a content customer with Kodoo. I have been for many years too!  You remember the name of the CR that helped you out?

Sorry no robert,  I was unable to catch his name.  He did tell me, but it may have been the accent.  It's unlikely I would have been able to spell his name correctly anyway.  I do want to thank this person from the bottom of my heart.  This man was very understanding of my concerns and did his best to reassure me. I thank koodo for hiring only the best people to represent the company.  I work in retail,  so i understand how rude the public can be at times. They get frustrated and take things out on the person who is not directly linked to the issue at hand.
