We have checked your account and we found that the roaming add on weren’t provisioned, this is why you weren’t able to connect to a roaming network.
We have added them for you, please restart your phone and let us know if it works.
Also, you can add the Easy Roam daily add ons via self serve. The Easy Roam daily add ons are needed in case you need to use the services at a daily rate after the Travel pass ends. Otherwise, the pay per use rates would apply.
