So I have it downloaded but my ex hacked all of my accounts for everything I’m missing calls and texts and his conversations are popping up on my phoe

If you believe your account has been compromised, I recommend changing your password immediately. If there is an issue with your SIM card, please visit a Koodo store to get a replacement.
Taking control of another person’s property is a crime. If you suspect someone has stolen your SIM card, you should report it to your local police and let them handle the investigation.
