eSIM Deleted, No Access to Number ( very dissappointing)

My eSIM was deleted, and I no longer have access to my Koodo number (***67). I need this urgently to file my taxes with CRA, where my number is registered.

I contacted prepaid support and was transferred to technical support, but was left on hold for over an hour with no resolution.

This is urgent. Please resolve immediately or I will escalate further.

Have you tried checking in self serve if you are able to perform a sim swap as per the support article here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/esim-and-esim-vouchers?
