Enable Wifi calling on my account

I would like to enable Wifi calling but i don’t see the addon on my acccount.

I read the post from someone and looks like its has to be approved first by Koodo. I am wondering how I can get the approval?

Hi @Marry, we’ve linked the *07 to your online profile, you can try to active the Wi-Fi calling again. Here is a guide to activating it https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling

Hi @Georgia Koodo , I have two profiles one ends with *07 and the other *03.

I just check *07 works but could you also add it to *03?

The *03 line was already linked to your profile, are you getting an error message for it? What phone model are you using on that line?

I am using iphone SE3. My other SE works.

the one not working just got transferred from bell few hours ago.
