I just resubscribed to stream plus and now have two charges on my bank account. One for $25.00 and one for $28.75. Will this be refunded?

Hi @MissO, we’re only seeing one transaction on our end, the charge with tax added. However, we've forwarded your case as well to our team as it seems to match other recent reports. The no-tax transaction is just a hold, not a real charge and should be dropped by your bank in a few business days, our apologies for the delay.

Hello @Mhic6897

We have looked into it on our end and we can see only charge in the billing history. We have passed the details on to the support team for further investigation and we will let you know as soon as we have more details.

Thank you for your understanding!

@Mhic6897

We are following up to let you know that upon verification, the team has identified that only one payment went through, while the other ones failed. If the second payment appear on your statement, this should be reversed by your bank in a few business days.
