Do Not Trust This Company

Thie company is so bad, I am starting to think they are bad on purpose.

Read above for the background including the equipment arriving today that I now have to return.

But as I was sitting here this evening, at 7 pm (ADT), I received an email from Koodo telling me an order has shipped. Estimated arrival is June 10. There is a tracking number and tracking link. "It may take up to 48 hours before your tracking information is available" it says.

So I clicked the link and it's for the package that arrived today. 

Deliivered on Wed. June 3, 2026 12:47 p.m.

And there's a list of tracking info dating back to Saturday when this was shipped a day after I cancelled and said not to send me any equipment. 

And this was (and I checked) the first email from Koodo about it shipping and it arrived more than six hours after the package arrived.

God, what a terrible company.
