Online says you can remove DCC by going to Self Serve > Subscriptions > Manage but when I open my subscriptions to see DCC it just says “Terms of Service” and “Start a Claim”.
Is there no way to remove this service without calling Koodo directly?

DCC should show as an add-on within your plan details. To remove it, you can follow the steps out lined here: Changing your add-ons | Koodo Mobile
Let us know if you’re able to remove it this way. Once removed, you will no longer be covered by DCC.
