I am trying to contact customer service to schedule a callback regarding my internet. It has been dropping soon after resetting and after speaking with a rep it was good for a few hours but is doing it again. There is no place to schedule a call back and the chat bubble that is supposed to be available 24/7 won't go past the bubble. 

I am beyond frustrated and am considering an alt provider.

I just tried to use the assistant to set up a call back and it seems working.
