Hello. I purchased Crunchyroll Mega Fan subscription. I received the emails for the receipt and the activation link. Every time I try to click the hyperlink, it takes me to my subscriptions but I don’t see the crunchyroll activation part.. I only have the Stream+ (which was purchased before). Will I be able to get a refund for it as it’s been days and the problem hasn’t been resolved?
