Hi there, I just got off the phone with my gas utility provider. To waive a credit deposit, I must get a credit check. The only credit I have is my phone bill. I cannot get ahold of a Koodo service rep. How do I go about getting a credit check via my Koodo phone bill?

You would have had a credit check done on you when you first activated with Koodo. They don’t have the ability to run one for you to give to another company though.

I’m not sure why they don’t either. We use Epcor for our electricity, and they did it for me.

No, gas is with Apex. But I think I may have figured out how to get it done!
Koodo doesn't hand you a copy of a credit check. That should just be your gas utility doing doing a check in your credit report with either Equifax or Transunion.
