I received my upgrade today and need an eSIM. I converted my old sim to an eSIM so that I could transfer to my new phone, but my old phone says sim converted and my new phone says no sim. I have been trying to figure this out for hours, and still have no service on either device. Any help appreciated before these devices get put in the garbage

Which phone are you currently using? Did you swap your eSIM in the Self-Serve account? Have you tried restarting your phone after the transfer? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/esim-and-esim-vouchers
As you have converted the physical sim to eSIM on the old phone, the eSIM should be showing as active in the old device. From here, you can just follow the setup steps with the new phone and you will be prompted to transfer the eSIM.
It won’t transfer automatically to the new device. If you’re not prompted to transfer the eSIM during the setup of the new device, you can follow the guides on how to transfer the eSIM from one device to another in the article below.
