Cant seem to get a call back or chat going with Koodo. Click the button given by the chat and it gives disconnected message or blank window...

Yes I tried different browser and tried using private browsing window also. Just tried again on my phone and it worked, message has been sent to a rep, hopefully I get a call or message back. Thanks for your help
