I’ll try to register online my sim, but in the web page ask for: Which City do you live?
I choosed Ontario, but it doesn’t show Markham City or Stouffville (Whitchurch-Stouffville) City.

IIRC, the system asks what city you live in so it can assign a phone number local to that city. If your specific city is not listed try to find one that would not be long distance for you to call.
