chat does not offer a time for call back?

I don't know how long I have been trying to get the chat or now expert messaging to let me speak to a live agent .. we used to be able to click a time in the chat to speak to a human !

With Koodo messaging, you actually chat with a Koodo rep; however, it isn’t a live chat (https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-expert-messaging-faqs)
