@Jb2018 It looks like a couple of 3rd party purchases (not Koodo owned) were subscribed to, generating the extra monthly costs. Renewal messages were sent every month with instructions on how to cancel:

 

We see you were able to connect with one of our reps who confirmed the subscription was cancelled by the user last month.
